Craftsman Collision USA guarantees that all repairs performed under the Work Order have been completed to acceptable industry standards as to workmanship and materials. Coverage for damage caused by or resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, rock chips or neglect of the vehicle is excluded. Provided the described vehicle remains owned and registered to the individual named on the Work Order, the guarantee is valid from the date of completion of the repairs for the lifetime of the vehicle: (i) on body and paint repairs, excluding rust repairs. (ii) Parts, sublet and wear & tear items are subject to manufacturers’ or industry normal accepted depreciation and/or for such a period of time as specified by the parts supplier.
